Turning and milling
Turning and milling have always been the core business of our company.
Our qualified operators are able to choose the best CNC machine and machining process to fulfill customer
requests with precision and competence, supported by the latest generation CAD-CAM software.
Our CNC lathes we are able to perform: bar machining from Ø 2 to Ø 70 mm and rest-machining up to Ø 200 mm
Our CNC milling centers we are able to perform 3 to 4 axis machining.
Design and Prototyping
Our technical department is able to both design and provide design support,
to ensure the lowest cost and functionality of the requested product.
We have large experience in the design of:
- Molds for punches
- Alastomer dropper bulb molds
- Assembly jigs and equipment
At the request of the customer, before starting production, we can make a prototype.
Assembly
On request we are able to carry out assembly by delivering an article ready for final use
without further wasting time on your part.
We have balancers, manual and automatic presses. We will take care of making any equipment for the assembly.
For example we do:
- Connector assembly
- Mechanical components assembly
- Contact spring assembly
Other manufacturing
With the machinery we have we are also able to perform:
- Wire EDM cutting
- Drilling and tapping
- Annealing, selective annealing, hardening and tempering
